The SmartStage XY combines direct-driven motion of two axes (X and Y) with motion control components built into the stage, including controllers, amplifiers, encoders, I/O, and three communications options. Available with 50, 100, 150, and 200 mm travels, it uses an embedded Dover Encoder with 5 nm resolution and 0.8 µm bidirectional repeatability.
