The E-709 closed-loop piezo controller and integrated driver provides a 20 kHz sampling rate for image processing, scanning, and microscopy applications. Designed for piezo-based, single-axis nanopositioning systems with capacitive sensors, output voltage is -30 to 130 V and linearity error maximum is 0.01%.
