Second-generation ANT nanopositioning stages use direct-drive technology for single- and multi-axis motion and positioning applications including photonics assembly and inspection, fiber alignment, and optics manufacturing. The ANT95L achieves minimum incremental steps of 0.5 nm, up to 100 mm travel, +75 nm bidirectional repeatability, and load capacity of 7 kg (horizontal).
