Instrument control and data analysis software available in new version
Mx software platform version 9.0 provides complete instrument control and data analysis. Two new capabilities include support for the company’s Verifire Asphere+ (VFA+) instrument, designed specifically to measure aspheres, and the addition of a “Robust Films” module that allows the measurement of very rough films.
