The L-836 stackable, universal linear micropositioning translation stage is suited for industrial applications in X, XY, and XYZ, including laser materials processing, optics assembly, and quantum photonics. It has a ball screw drive, direct-drive stepper motor, 40 mm/sec velocity, up to 75 N push/pull, and 0.3 µm minimum incremental motion in micro-step mode.
