The Nano Scan OP800 piezo objective scanner has standard selectable tuning presets to support objectives from 150 to 500 g. It offers 800 µm of closed-loop travel and 970 µm open-loop travel. Capacitive positioning sensors provide sub-1.2 nm positioning resolution and 3 nm repeatability to ensure consistency between multiple Z stacks.
