XYZR four-axes stages integrate a 15, 30, 50, 75, or 100 mm linear stage for the X, Y, and Z axes, and a 60 or 100 mm rotary stage capable of 360º continuous rotation.

XYZR four-axes stages integrate a 15, 30, 50, 75, or 100 mm linear stage for the X, Y, and Z axes, and a 60 or 100 mm rotary stage capable of 360º continuous rotation. Two servo motor stages have encoders for closed-loop operation and one stepper motor stage has an encoder for position verification. Applications include laser scanning, drilling, and machining.
