Four-axes stages have uses in several photonic applications

May 31, 2023
The XYZ-Goniometer series four-axes stages have positional accuracy to 10 µm.

The XYZ-Goniometer series four-axes stages have positional accuracy to 10 µm. Any goniometer stage with ±10°, ±15°, or ±45° of travel can be integrated with X, Y, and Z axis stages having 15 mm to over 100 mm of linear travel. Applications include crystallography, metrology, light measurement, mirror positioning, laser scanning, and optical bench applications.
