The XYR-15-60-01 and XYR-15-60-04 XY-Theta alignment stages feature 15 mm of travel in both the X and Y axes.

The XYR-15-60-01 and XYR-15-60-04 XY-Theta alignment stages feature 15 mm of travel in both the X and Y axes and 360º of continuous rotation on the rotary axis. Driven by two phase stepper motors, they offer 0.25 µm resolution.
