The HVCM-051-032-013-01 linear voice coil motor features a 28.2 N force-to-size ratio and a 19.1 mm stroke. The 12.7 mm open aperture allows for optics, illumination, laser beams, or passage of cables. With resolutions of <1 µm in closed-loop servo applications, it is suited for optical focusing, laser beam steering, and laser drilling, cutting, and machining.
