Dual-axis elevator-rotary stages have use in laser processing

The ATR-V-60-60 Series elevator-rotary stages feature an elevator stage and a 60-mm-diameter rotary stage mounted vertically. The -01 and -04 stages are stepper-driven, while the -02 and -03 stages are driven by brushless and brushed servos with quadrature incremental optical encoders for closed loop. Applications include laser drilling and machining, inspection, metrology, photonics, and mirror and camera positioning.
