    Custom-designed voice coil actuators are available for medical applications such as ventilators. Their electromagnetic circuit design allows a motor with a minimal cross-section diameter up to 1.20 in. and strokes up to 0.60 in. to generate up to 1.12 lbs. of continuous force and 3.36 lbs. of peak force. Sliding contact bushing assemblies guide each unit.
