    The Angulares hybrid hexapod 6-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) nanopositioner features precision crossed roller bearing guides, optical incremental or absolute encoder feedback, linear motor and/or servo ball screw drives, and zero backlash. It offers unlimited XY travel and Z travel for 62 mm, 60 degrees tip/tilt travel, velocity up to 100 mm/s, and <10 nm linear and 0.1 arc-sec angular minimum incremental motion.
