A series of low-profile positioning stages integrate the company`s BLC brushless linear servo motor, linear encoder, and cross-roller bearings. The stage uses electroless nickel plating and no moving wires, which allows it to be used in clean-room operations and tight spaces. Positioning accuracy is ۬ µm, with repeatability of ۯ µm.
