Diode-laser modules

June 1, 1995
A 10-mW 635-nm diode-laser module offers high visibility for long-distance sighting and alignment. The index-guided AlGaIn¥laser`s frequency drift is 0.25 nm/°C. Beam dimensions are 303 ¥ 0.8 mm, current draw is 90 mA, and voltage input is 8-10 V for the LAS/LFX module, 9-11 V for the LSX module, and 5 V for the MDL module.
