Precision spatial filter PSF-1 features 5-axis adjustment for alignment and a disk spring for stability. Five 100-pitch screws provide high-resolution fine adjustment. Modular design enables quick individual mounting of the objective lens and pinhole and their precise centering relative to the laser beam.
