Visioncard2 and Visioncard3 are image-processing printed-circuit boards that fit in standard ISA slots of IBM PC-compatible computers. The cards are designed to provide low-cost pattern alignment systems for wafer handling. Visioncard2 can identify complex patterns even when rotated or in a different scale than expected. Visioncard3 adds high-speed image acquisition using two 25-MH¥video input channels.
