The MultiCentric Cementing Station device aligns and cements lens pairs. It uses a measurement head with three integrated, simultaneously measuring autocollimators to reduce the cycle time of the alignment and cementing process to less than 10 s. The system has alignment accuracy of 2 micron and is unaffected by the precision of the lens holder.
