NPMPM series dual-axis EtherCAT servo drive modules use an optional 10 MHz laser encoder interface.

NPMPM series dual-axis EtherCAT servo drive modules use an optional 10 MHz laser encoder interface and a proprietary ServoBoost control algorithm to allow positioning system speeds above 2 m/s, subnanometer jitter values, nanometer-velocity tracking errors, and low settling time. Applications include metrology, inspection, and optical components processing.
