Aerotech to showcase XY piezo nanopositioning stages at SPIE Photonics West 2015

Jan. 13, 2015
QNP-XY series piezo nanopositioning stages offer a variety of travel (100–600 μm) and feedback options for applications ranging from microscopy to optics alignment.

QNP-XY series piezo nanopositioning stages offer a variety of travel (100–600 μm) and feedback options for applications ranging from microscopy to optics alignment. A closed-loop feedback option uses a capacitive sensor design that allows for sub-nanometer resolution and high linearity. When coupled with the company's Q-series of controllers and drives, the stages demonstrate sub-nanometer positioning resolution, in-position stability (jitter), and high-positioning bandwidth.
