The M-417 linear stage has a motorized precision positioner for computer-control of automation and precision assembly applications.

The M-417 linear stage provides 500 mm travel and 0.5 micron resolution. This motorized precision positioner can be computer-controlled for automation and precision assembly applications. An incremental optical rotary encoder with 4000 counts/r controls the position, providing unidirectional repeatability of 0.5 micron.
