The QNP-Z series piezo nanopositioning stages provide resolution to 0.15 nm, linearity to 0.007%, and repeatability to 1 nm.

The QNP-Z series piezo nanopositioning stages provide resolution to 0.15 nm, linearity to 0.007%, and repeatability to 1 nm. Using a frictionless flexure guidance system, the stages have travel ranges from 100 to 600 μm, and are offered in open-loop and vacuum versions for applications from microscopy to optics alignment.
