The excelliSCAN scanning system uses galvo scanners with digital angle sensors and a SCANahead servo control for high-speed contour marking accuracy. Designed for industrial micro-processing, the system is offered with a 14-mm aperture; a 10 mm version is in development. Both water- and air-cooled options are available.
