Three-axis controller from PI is macro-programmable

Aug. 12, 2016
The E-873.3QTU three-axis controller features integrated power amplifiers and an interpolator, and is macro-programmable for standalone functionality of each channel.

The E-873.3QTU three-axis controller features integrated power amplifiers and an interpolator, and is macro-programmable for standalone functionality of each channel. A data recorder enables high-speed tracing, while ID chip compatibility enables quick start-up, on-the-fly parameter changes, and exchange of system components without recalibration. Applications include precision alignment and automation, semiconductor technology, photonics, bionanotechnology, metrology, microscopy, and micromanipulation.
