New Scale Technologies to show piezo beam steering system at SPIE BiOS and Photonics West 2016

Jan. 15, 2016
The M3-RS-U piezo beam steering system has a familiar galvo form factor, but dramatically small size.

The M3-RS-U piezo beam steering system has a familiar galvo form factor, but dramatically small size. Each axis measures 12 mm in diameter, including a built-in closed-loop controller. Mirrors move ±20° for precise point-to-point positioning or dynamic scanning to 100 Hz.
