The POLYtek high-speed scan head, which is available for ultraviolet (UV), green, and infrared (IR) lasers covering a variety of repetition rates and power levels, delivers scan rates up to 300 m/s. It incorporates a sensor that allows for accurate registration in the line scan axis, and pairs with a transport for the slow axis to makes the system ideal for high-speed printing on demand for consumer or medical products in applications where the product is transported accurately under the scan head.
