The excelliSCAN scan head uses galvo scanners with ultra-precise digital angle sensors and the company's SCANahead servo control for highly dynamic laser processing. Overall features include enhanced thermal management for higher load resilience, a variant with active air cooling available, and increased tightness rated to IP56.
