Scan head from SCANLAB allows engraving of 3D shapes inside glass

The basiCube 10 scan head is optimized for use with 532 nm green laser light. It is suited for processing glass, silicon wafers, and precious metals. It allows engraving of 3D shapes inside a glass body or welding copper wires directly onto the silicon substrates of integrated surfaces.
