    V-52x high dynamic voice coil-driven linear scanning stages are equipped with an integrated optical linear encoder (0.1 μm resolution) and crossed roller bearings for direct position measurement. Travel ranges are 5, 10, and 20 mm with maximum velocity of 250 mm/s. Applications include laser beam control, optics scanning, lens testing, and fiber optics.
