PRESS RELEASE

445 nm royal blue diode laser

Roithner Lasertechnik GmbH has introduced the brand new, low priced high power ULV-445-300 laser diode module with 300 mW cw of optical power. The module emits a 445 nm blue collimated laser beam. Its compact sized laser head (30x30x62 mm³) allows for seamless system integration and silent operation. Although passively cooled a long time (4 hours) stability of <5 % is obtained. The driver board, designed for a supply voltage of 12 VDC, is separated from the laser head, and supports TTL modulation up to 20 kHz. The ULV-445 laser module is also readily available with 600 mW of cw power.
