The Nano-F3D lens nanopositioning system is designed to position an objective lens in three dimensions with sub-nanometer accuracy and repeatability. With a travel range of 100 μm in each axis, it is suitable for 4π microscopy and features integrated PicoQ sensors with closed-loop control. It is designed to be mounted on
microscopes and optical fixtures.
