Opto-Alignment Technology to showcase MWIR laser alignment station at SPIE DSS 2014

April 8, 2014
The LAS-IR mid-wave infrared (MWIR) laser alignment station performs alignment inspection of assembled MWIR lens systems.

The LAS-IR mid-wave infrared (MWIR) laser alignment station performs alignment inspection of assembled MWIR lens systems. The dual-use assembly/inspection station uses a 2.94 μm variable power, 50–200 mW MWIR source and a 650 or 532 nm visible source to allow assembly/inspection of visible and MWIR lens systems with radii ±2 mm to infinity, without changing objectives.
