SUPERSCAN IV-SOLAR is offered with two tuning options, 110 or 200 rad/s, and is designed forwafer production. The model-based, digitally controlled unit combines speeds of up to 200 rad/s or 50 m/s for marking long vectors with precise beam guidance.
