Elliot Scientific to demonstrate automatic alignment system at SPIE Photonics West 2017

The DAli 3 E2323 automatic alignment system provides 25 µm of piezo adjustment in each of the three axes.

The DAli 3 E2323 automatic alignment system combines the E2300 two-axis automated feedback piezo controller and the MDE123 Elliot Gold Series XYZ flexure stage fitted with piezo actuators, providing 25 µm of piezo adjustment in each of the three axes. Another version, the E2325, provides 100 µm of piezo adjustment. Both systems offer 2 mm of manual adjustment in each axis.
