The ECSz3030 piezo drive offers an orientation-independent force of 8 N over a travel range of 5 mm, and requires minimum installation space, for nanopositioning of high loads such as cameras and detectors. It is designed for lateral motion setups, and can be combined with a range of rotators, goniometers, and linear positioners.
