The HexGen HEX300-230HL hexapod provides positioning accuracy specifications below 5 μm. Actuated with six struts built with precision pre-loaded bearings, ball screws, and drive components, it offers six degree-of-freedom positioning, linear travel up to 60 mm, angular travel to 30°, and payloads up to 45 kg.
