The DK-M3-RS-U-2M-20-L beam steering developer's kit includes two piezoelectric smart stages, two aluminum-coated mirrors, a 650 nm collimated laser, and an embedded controller. Each stage rotates a mirror ±20° at up to 1100°/s with accuracy of 0.25° for precise, point-to-point positioning or dynamic scanning up to 100 Hz.
