Xavitech gas micro-pumps are used for gas sampling for nondispersive infrared and space applications, as an alternative to regular diaphragm pumps. It uses patented micro-pump technology, features analog control of the flow rate with a built-in micro-controller, and has no bearings or rotating motors.
