The Z-Theta Positioning Module is a miniature actuator designed to replace bulky electro-mechanical actuators in pick-and-place automated assembly and component placement and similar applications. They have independent translation and rotation, linear stroke from 70 to 320 mm, unlimited rotation, 50 µm repeatability, 25 µm resolution, and load capacity of 3 Kg.
