A modular fiberoptic-beam measurement system provides fiber, waveguide, and device measurements with resolution of less than 1 µm. The system combines modular Olympus microscope components with the company`s LaserTest software and a camera covering the wavelengths from 600 to 1800 nm. The modular design allows the user to adapt the system to a variety of device fixtures.
