Version 5.0 of the Zemax Optical Design Program includes a newly revised fast tolerancing analysis capability as well as both sensitivity and inverse sensitivity analysis. The fast mode operates 50 times as fast as the current algorithm. More Windows features are included, such as tool ti¥buttons, undo and redo commands, and an autosave option. Other features include radii and thickness solves, an autofold mirror tool, and a thickness compensator.
