FlexScan-3D three-axis scanners for laser processing applications are available in fiber and CO2 versions, with modular and enclosed configurations. 30 and 50 mm mirror apertures provide the option to choose the field size and the delivered spot size for the application. Optional features include digital control technology, which can program the resulting field size and working distance through an external interface by readjusting the internal optical path.

Available in both Fiber and CO2, modular and enclosed configurations, the features and advantages of the FlexScan-3D Technology covers a broad range of micro and macro laser material processing applications. Standard mirror apertures currently include 30mm and 50mm which provide the option to choose the field size and the delivered spot size optimized for the application. Optional features include digital control technology which can program the resulting field size and working distance through an external interface by accurately re-adjusting the internal optical path.
