Littleton, MA and Weingarten, Germany--Lambda Research Corporation will be the exclusive U.S. distributor for light-measurement metrology company opsira GmbH.

Littleton, MA and Weingarten, Germany--Lambda Research Corporation, a developer and supplier of optical engineering software (TracePro and OSLO), hardware, and consulting services, will be the exclusive U.S. distributor for opsira GmbH, a developer and supplier of light-measurement metrology equipment.

The luca, gonio, spec’3 and SPR’3 metrology product lines from opsira are, according to the companies, well known in the metrology and scientific community for accurately measuring optical characteristics in laboratory and production environments. opsira’s products measure and export the optical information needed to accurately measure everything from optical materials to light sources that are used directly to insure high-quality simulations and high-quality products resulting from those simulations.

Lambda Research Corporation users can benefit from opsira’s metrology equipment to import optical parameters directly into their TracePro simulations. TracePro software products can model and analyze the propagation of light in imaging and non-imaging optomechanical systems.
