Motorized Focal Length Laser Module with Infinite depth of field.

Oct. 1, 2022

M18 Motorized Focal Length Laser Module has an APC laser driver and TEC (NTC) temperature control feedback circuit, which will be automatically calibrated according to the set parameters. This series has a built-in cooling chip, which can provide high performance and stable operation even in harsh environments. With the Peltier effect of the cooling chip, the laser diode is maintained at a constant operating temperature, ensuring reliable operation and long service life, while improving measurement accuracy, stabilizing optical output power and wavelength, and enabling continuous CW or TTL operation.

The monitoring function of this product connects the computer and the laser module, and the advantage is that it can realize the remote control of the computer. Our software provides an intuitive and clear interface. The focal length, power, wavelength, and temperature of the module can be input arbitrarily according to the specific application of the customer. With digital modulation function, can be adjusted to infinite depth of field.

The M18 series can be used with TOF (Time of Flight) ranging modules. After the user selects the object to be measured to the focus area, the tracking unit tracks the focus area and calculates the sharpness value of the area and feeds it back to the focus control unit. The focus control unit changes the focal length through the Motorized Focal Length Laser Module according to the change of the sharpness value and completes the automatic focus tracking. The imaging depth of the measured object can be adjusted in real time, and continuously maintain the sharpness of the imaging focus and the boundary of the measured object.
