The IS1.5-VIS-FPD-800 integrating sphere measures light that diverges up to ±60° and features a 20 mm aperture. An internal diameter of 38 mm minimizes any pulse stretching effect and provides a response time of 2.8 ns. Designed to measure optical parameters of VCSELs and other pulsed semiconductor lasers, the calibrated device is NIST-traceable.
