Oxygen RD0092, an 8 µm pitch dual-band digital readout IC, supports a 1280 × 720 frame size at over 500 fps and dual-polarity inputs for compatibility with direct-injection detector materials. A global shutter mode and windowing capability enable an unlimited number of 32 × 32 windows at >8000 fps to track multiple objects in real time.
