The Model 6000B-100 compact, multiwavelength LED solar simulator for steady-state I-V measurements of photovoltaic devices meets Class AAA requirements of IEC 60904-9 for spectral match, uniformity of irradiance, and temporal stability. It includes a digital driver/controller with RS-485 MODBUS RTU protocol. Embedded chip-scale spectral sensors provide feedback monitoring to stabilize source irradiance.
