The Aeroel Wireline laser measuring system is designed for contactless, in-line checking of drawn wire diameter and ovality with resolution up to 0.01 µm. Using a dual-axis laser gauge, two models are offered, XY13 and XY35, to accommodate diameters up to 32 mm, measuring fields up to 35 × 35 mm and repeatability up to 0.3 µm.
