The NED-LMD near-eye display measurement system obtains a 158° wide field-of-view characterization of augmented-reality, virtual-reality, mixed-reality, and heads-up displays.

The NED-LMD near-eye display measurement system obtains a 158° wide field-of-view characterization of augmented-reality, virtual-reality, mixed-reality (AR/VR/MR) and heads-up displays while conforming to near‐to‐eye display (NED) metrology standards. A 5 mm entrance pupil and motorized focus lens automatically focuses on the virtual image between infinity and 25 cm, and couples with the GS-1290 spectroradiometer.
