Laser interferometer for qualifying optical surfaces has compact form factor

Aug. 25, 2021
The PhaseCam 6110 laser interferometer features a lightweight, compact design to improve positioning, speed alignment, and lower installation costs.

The PhaseCam 6110 laser interferometer, for qualifying optical surfaces, features a lightweight, compact design to improve positioning, speed alignment, and lower installation costs. Part of the company’s existing PhaseCam interferometers offering, the PhaseCam 6110’s repeatability (0.0005 waves) and precision (0.001 waves) have been improved by 2X. A pixelated polarizing camera provides enhanced signal-to-noise ratios for improved measurements, even with low light levels, and its 4Sight Focus 64-bit multithreaded software platform provides real-time display of Zernike terms and data quality histograms.
